Adrian Sacco

Known as just “Sacco” to friends, colleagues and clients, Adrian Sacco is a British-Maltese dual national with approaching 30 years’ experience in offshore and onshore trust and tax work.

A qualified trust and estate practitioner, Sacco spent much of his early career devising successful tax planning products for well-known financial institutions, including what has become the most widely-used inheritance tax saving product, now used successfully by many thousands of taxpayers.

Since 2003 Sacco has been involved in a number of consultancy and service based business interests, including a very successful remuneration planning business co-founded in 2010 with Morris Hazell. His main focus is on private client work, specialising in trust, tax and succession advice to wealthy individuals and trustees, as well as non-tax driven work including planning for vulnerable individuals.

As well as heading Quinton’s management team, Sacco continues to devise innovative solutions designed to help clients effectively retain and control as much as possible of their wealth.

 
Morris Hazell
Morris has a very successful financial services career and has considerable experience in the set up and management of a variety of service products and offices. He holds Chairman and Managing Director roles for a number of thriving, privately funded business interests. In the early 2000s, Morris spearheaded an innovative approach to remuneration planning for one of the largest service companies in the sector, after which he established his own independent practice having spotted an opportunity in the marketplace for a service-led invoicing and limited company service provider. In 2010, together with Adrian Sacco, he set up a successful tax consultancy business to provide bespoke remuneration and wealth management services to high end clients and has been at the forefront of these initiatives ever since, seeking opportunities in the marketplace and quickly and efficiently implementing appropriate structures to assist the business’s clients. With his formidable talent for driving business strategy and “closing the deal”, Morris heads strategic planning and business development within Quinton. His comprehensive knowledge of Quinton’s markets and sectors and service-driven approach, ensure that client satisfaction is delivered with the highest level of integrity via a carefully honed management team.
Joanne Fenech
Joanne has been working in the Financial Services industry for over fifteen years. Prior to joining Quinton, Joanne spent a number of years as a Director and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) of another leading corporate service provider with offices in the Isle of Man and Malta, with further responsibilities as a board member of a licensed regulated entity. She also held board positions and company officer positions on a number of client companies which operated in a range of industry sectors, including; yachting, aviation and property. A member of the Malta Institute of Management and a member of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners, Joanne is also an approved accredited agent with Identity Malta to promote the Malta Individual Investor Programme and currently lectures on Human Resources Management, Marketing, e-Business and Managing Organisations. She holds an MSc in Management from the University of Chester and a Diploma in Financial Services Operations and Compliance from the London School of Economics.
Lesley-Anne Walker
Heading up Quinton International’s marketing function, Lesley is responsible for the development and implementation of Quinton’s marketing strategy, ensuring alignment across the group’s entities in respect of its brand identity and marketing activity with the group’s overall business strategy. An avid marketer, Lesley has over 10 years’ marketing experience within the financial services sector. Her comprehensive understanding of the various marketing principles has afforded her skills in a number of areas including brand identity and awareness, digital marketing, public relations, event management, email marketing and different forms of advertising. Prior to joining Quinton International she was responsible for the marketing functions of two other international trust and corporate service providers, with her last role requiring her to evolve and grow the business’ marketing function from nothing, successfully developing a brand identity for which it is now recognised today. She was also responsible for profiling the business and its people locally and further afield to its respective target markets and industry sectors, and did so successfully using an assortment of both traditional and modern marketing methods and channels. Over the last 5 years, Lesley has also planned and coordinated two brand refreshes which included the build and development of two new websites and the creation and production of a variety of new branded collateral. She has also been responsible for the planning and management of a number of projects including the tailoring and implementation of a CRM system for use by the company’s business development and marketing functions, and in planning and implementing successful email marketing and social media strategies. Lesley is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing with whom she has completed the Professional Certificate and Professional Diploma in Marketing. She also holds a Bachelor of Honours degree in Journalism and Management.
