Dixcart is an international organisation with offices in Cyprus, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Malta, Nevis, Portugal, South Africa, Switzerland and the UK. Dixcart Management Malta Limited is a company incorporated in Malta, providing services to clients trading and investing internationally.
Professionals in the Dixcart Malta office have experience in local laws and regulations and are able to provide a full range of services, such as incorporation, secretarial and management services for companies registered in Malta (including companies and international companies operating through a branch in Malta), as well as relocation and citizenship services for the various Maltese residence programmes. This includes assistance with the application process and providing Authorised Mandatory Services. Aircraft, ship and yacht registration services are also available from our office in Malta. Dixcart professionals have also assisted numerous clients in successfully launching collective investment schemes investing in virtual currency, as well as assisting clients establishing, or investing in, blockchain companies.
Who is behind it?
The Dixcart Group has been owned by the same family for over 45 years. Dixcart has ten offices in nine jurisdictions, each supplying a core range of services as well as their own particular areas of expertise specific to their jurisdiction.
Dixcart employs a high percentage of professionally qualified staff and numerous languages are spoken across the Dixcart Group. We have over 170 staff working in the 10 Dixcart offices.

Dixcart provides private client services, corporate advice and professional support services, as well as advice and assistance on various residence and citizenship programmes around the world. Dixcart’s plan for the future is to grow the number of professional staff the company employs to ensure the company can continue to expand the individual family office support to its clients.
