Best advice that I have ever received:  1) In everything in life be humble and respectful and considerate, value honesty and integrity; 2) No one is looking after your career so manage your own future.

What does a typical day in your life look like?

I review daily schedule with my executive assistant, I manage meetings and commercial reviews. I make customer calls, meet with staff on the shop floor and allocate some time for strategic thinking.

What business issues keep you up at night?

Keeping on top of customer service, motivating staff and building business growth.
