Social: Our marketing team are responsible for our events and they create plenty of fun activities. A few examples are pancake day, juice day, blood donation day etc., Then there are outdoor activity events like badger karting, Ring road races, football, Mdina Grand Prix, Malta clean up, Walk & talk Picnic etc., Then we also have annual events which are the Xmas party and the New year “Numbers” event.

CSR: Sara Grech Limited are the founders of The Service Dogs Malta Foundation: All our staff take great pride in helping out at events organised by the foundation. The agents and staff attend press events and help out as much as they wish.

How would you describe your workplace culture?

Organisational structure has a profound impact on how people behave and think within their work place. We have a flat structure which enables us to have an open-door policy. This means that our environment expresses enjoyment because people are here only because they love what they do and they do it passionately. It is incredibly important for us to treat people fairly. As Managing Director, I like to say that “We are here to have fun. Sales negotiation is exciting and it’s a lot more enjoyable when you’re trying to do more than just make money”.
